Rain

Rain, rain go away. Come again another day. Preferably on a day that I am not working outside my house and have to deal with the millions of California driver's who DO NOT know how to drive in the rain. It took me 1 hour and 45 minutes to get home last night on a drive that should have taken me 1 hour. I am not looking forward to driving home tonight.

Oh, I used to hate that. What's so hard about driving in the rain? :)

Long commutes are one thing we do not miss since we moved to Iowa. Michael is 10 minutes away now. Used to take him 1.5-2 hrs to drive a 40 mile trip. It was so awful. And that was one way!

Are you back at work now?

I hate being out in the weather. When I get to be home in the warmth and not go out its okay. I hate sitting in traffic in bad weather too. L.A has some VERY bad traffic on a good day too.

I have been working a bit since the new year. It's a hit or miss. But it's been somewhat nice to get 'out'. I think I am off next wee which is a nice change to working the past 2 weeks. I miss my daily baby routine. It really makes me appreciate everything so much more.

Jenny, you rock girl! I know it is hard to leave them. (Somedays I would not mind leaving mine though!!) I think it is SO awesome that you are able to have such a flexible schedule and still keep who "you" are. I did not do that. It is hard trying to get it back.

Thanks so much for stopping by our blog and saying hello! Angie is one of my favorite blogging mamas:) Your girls are beautiful and I look froward to reading more about your family.
p.s. I'm sure Alyssa would be thrilled that your husband shares her love of sweets:)

Everyone freaks out here when it rains, too. If everyone would just drive safely we'd all be fine!
