Poor Ashes.
She is such a great sport.
It's a rare day that she doesn't get dressed up in beads, sunglasses,
princess crowns or a feather boa.
However she never complains.Look how happy Emmy is that she is not feathered up.
Ashes not so much, but she didn't fight it.

Birthday Celebration

Charlotte and Addison are turning 4,
Come to jump and so much more.

The invites went out.
25 kids were in attendance.
Mommy and Daddy endured weeks of "Is it my birthday yet?"
The cake that took Mommy 3 days to construct was standing.
Hopefully still so after the car ride to the Jump Palace.
The girls were ready to turn four.

The event of the season had arrived.
Everybody who is anybody was there.
Suri, Kingston, and Dakota
all had their calendars cleared for weeks.

They loved all the attention
and were so excited to see all their family and friends.

Me: Girls what do you want to do for your birthday?
Addison: I want to go to Disneyland with all my friends.
Me: Well that would cost a lot of money.
Addison: Maybe you could go to work some more?

At least she kinda gets it :)



I swear they say the funniest things everyday
but when I sit down to share my mind goes blank.
I will try and be better about this.

It's that time when you have to forgo all the cool spontaneous weekends away.
When your life becomes second to sports.
Yep people we have entered competitive sports.
Soccer to be exact.
We signed the girls up last week for pee wee soccer
and then in two weeks we will sign up for AYSO.
They have their first practice tonight.

We took the girls out this weekend to practice up on their skills.
I must say they are pretty skilled for almost 4 year olds.
We might have to contact David Beckham's rep
and see if any spots are opening up on the LA Galaxy.


But seriously how cute are those bouncing pony tails???

Not Me Monday

My kid did not ask me for candy in check stand.
I did not say no.
I did not find her hiding under the grocery cart eating said candy.
Nope not my kid.
Then after she got in trouble she did not proceed to tell me,
"Well why did you have to find me under that cart?"
Totally not my kid.

Who knew that a foofy poo poo was worse than a stinky poo poo head??


A:Mommy I am sick.
Me:I am sorry honey, come cuddle with mommy.
A: Do you know why I am sick?
Me: You caught a cold.
A: Nope. Grandma didn't brush my teeth last night and the germies made me sick.
Me: I don't think that's why you got sick but that's good reasoning.
