Wordful Wednesday

*Wordful Wednesday is for those of us that like to showcase a photo(s) but that just can't seem keep our mouths shut about it(them).

PRE-SCHOOL
has started!!!
It's only 2 days a week for 2 hours a day
but that's about all this mommy can handle.

Just before leaving the house.
The girls and I went out for Bagels at our favorite spot.
Waiting outside the classroom.
This pretty much sums up how the girls were feeling about school.
When I was trying to get the girls (by which I mean Addee) excited
about school I told her there would be lots of new toys and friends there.
She then informed me that she had enough friends already
and did not really need anymore.
The girl definitely knows what she wants or doesn't in this matter.
My sweet big girls.
Daddy gets in on the action too.
Getting started.
Miss Barbara was a hit.
Craft time.
Tony stayed in the classroom and sat in the back
so as not to freak out my separation anxiety ridden child.

When I asked them what they did
they said they learned the alligator song about a silly monkey.
Oh and they made a pizza that you couldn't eat.

All in all it was a good day.
Addee shed a few tears when Tony walked out of the room
for a minute but it will get better, I'm sure.
Right??
She will get over the fact she has to have us in the room with her??
Right??

Head on over to Angie's for more WW.

I am glad that you ALL survived your day! I'm sure the separation will get easier. We still have occassional tears and clingy-ness when I drop off eventhough the girls LOVE school. The teachers are always good about helping to peel the girls off of me :) As soon as I leave they are fine though so go figure! One of my favorite new pasttimes is finding matching clothes in 3 different colors for the girls...the teachers have an easier time telling them apart but you know they still go together :) Love the cream cheese smiles at breakfast!!

Your girls are too cute. We put the girls in different class's because we thought they could use a break from each other. The girls can be the best of friends and the worst of friends. I thought they would appreciate having time away from each other. Also I wanted them to be able to make friends and learn with out the influence of the other twin. Now I just want to cry and change my mind. Devan is super friendly and loves it and Ryleigh looked like a sad puppy when I left today. We asked them what they wanted and they requested they go to different class's. We will see how the week goes and maybe I can find a excuse to put them together lol

Such sweet big girls they are! I just sent my daughter to her first day of High School. It seems like just yesterday when she was starting preschool.

First of all...How cute are their outfits???? Come on! Adorable! Are they going to KinderCare? It looks like one. I actually worked at a KinderCare for 8 years...it will get better. Soon, when you go to pick them up...they won't want to leave!! Hang in there!!
